Hi, I’m Barend Erasmus — a software engineer based in Berlin, Germany. This blog is my personal space to explore ideas, document what I’m learning, and share reflections on everything from software engineering and leadership to side projects and life transitions.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a software engineer, technical team lead, technical architect, mentor, and founder. I enjoy building things from the ground up, solving meaningful problems, and helping teams grow and deliver great products.
